« Domaine de la Framboisière » : A new identity for Domain Faiveley wines

Domaine de la Framboisière was born in spring: our wines from Mercurey, Givry, Rully and Montagny are now distributed in France with their new label and abroad in 2012-2013. We want to make our estate in Cote Chalonnaise a separate entity and give particular attention to these exceptional terroirs.

In Cote Chalonnaise for 4 generations (Georges Faiveley implements the first rent in Mercurey in 1933), Family Faiveley owns plots of vine in Mercurey since 1963; the first purchases were made by Guy Faiveley. Domaine Faiveley has acquired over the years 68 hectares in Cote Chalonnaise. Plots ideally located on the appellations of Mercurey, Givry, Rully and Montagny, including three 1ers Crus: Mercurey 1er Cru Clos du Roy, Mercurey 1er Cru Clos des Myglands Monopole, Montagny 1er Cru Les Las, and three single vineyards including the iconic Mercurey "The Framboisière" which gives its name to the Domain.
