Meursault is the capital of fine white wines in Burgundy. This plot is situated between two other well-known Meursault premier crus ‘Les Gouttes d’Or’ and ‘Le Porusot’.

The producers we have selected provide us with high-quality wine, which we raise in our cellars in Nuits St Georges. It benefits from the same technical means and the same attention as our other Côte d’Or wines.
The wine is matured in oak barrels for 13 to 15 months, in nineteenth century vaulted cellars which provide ideal conditions for raising wines. The proportion of new oak, which is susceptible to variations according to the vintage, represents on average one third of the cuvée. The barrels, which come from high-quality barrel makers, have been rigorously selected for their fine grain and light toast.
Our Tasting Notes:
A brilliant light yellow colour. The pleasant dried-fruit nose is completed by harmonious woody notes. After a bold attack, this wine is concentrated and rich on the palate.
It has fine balance – this is Chardonnay with all its finesse and elegance.

Cellaring Potential: 5 to 7 years
The very fresh Meursault Bouchères 2007 nose is still marked by vanilla, menthol and pineapple aromas. This wine is full, rich and powerful on the palate. The liveliness on the mid-palate is very welcome - it balances out this wine of great substance leaving it without excessive heaviness. It's a fine Meursault Premier Cru.

A clear and brilliant light gold. This Meursault Bouchères has sweet aromas of lemongrass, a touch of menthol, quinces and spice bread. After the pleasant nose, this wine is rich and complex on the palate. It strikes a fine balance between its fatness and its acidic component. Its finish is sophisticated and long.
