Orchestrated by Christie's, this symbolic anniversary sale will start at 2:00 p.m on December 13. Few professional buyers will be on site and in strict compliance with current sanitary measures. Buyers from all over the world, whether wine lovers or collectors, will be able to bid by phone or online.

The Hospices Civils de Beaune and the Château de Chambord joined forces to release a unique Pièce de Charité, also known as the Pièce des Présidents : a barrel of Clos de la Roche Grand Cru 2020 whose staves are coming from the Domaine de Chambord forest park. 

This exceptional Pièce de Charité (charity barrel) will be sold for the benefit of French hospital workers, victims of Covid-19.
